History and Mission

The Five Districts Business Welfare Association (FDBWA) is a non-profit charity organisation that began providing medical assistance and disaster relief over ninety years ago. To align with the diverse development of society, it was officially registered as a charity in 1954, with the aim of “supporting the elderly and nurturing the young, promoting education and cultivating talent.” Since then, it has developed social welfare initiatives and established several secondary schools, primary schools, and early childhood services.

Our school is a non-profit educational organisation recognised by the Hong Kong Education Bureau as a kindergarten under the “Free Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme” for the 2017/18 academic year. It is located in Lung Poon Court, Diamond Hill. As early as 1963, the FDBWA established Cheung Chuk Shan Kindergarten in Wong Tau Hom Estate, providing full-day early childhood education and care services for families in the area. In 1988, it moved to its current location in Diamond Hill, where, under the leadership of the supervisor and principal, it aims to provide high-quality and balanced full-day early childhood services.
